5. Green Juice

You probably think you’re going to be slimmer the more green juice you drink. But if you’re not careful, you’re actually adding more fat into your body. You need to avoid adding too many sugary fruits, which can be equivalent to drinking a can of soda.

The first step to losing weight is to remove junk from your diet. However, many of us are not aware that the “healthy” foods we add to our diet are actually fatty and high in calories. You don’t have to eliminate them completely though. The key is to eat everything in moderation, which is why knowing the right serving size is important.
